A Warrior Salute graduate was on hand Wednesday to accept a $25,000 gift to CDS Monarch.

The grant was donated by Tom Bonadio and the Bonadio Group. The money will go to help the Warrior Salute program offered through CDS Monarch. It helps returning veterans with post traumatic stress disorder and other traumas, as well as transitioning back into civilian life. Most recent Warrior Salute graduate Tyler Fisk helped accept the donation.

"I just want to thank Mr. Bonadio as well as CDS Monarch for the work that CDS has done for having this program. And the Bondio Group for donating such a generous check. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have this program we wouldn't be getting the help we are getting," he said.

Representatives of CDS Monarch say they are grateful for the donation and the generosity of the community as whole.
