A case manager’s top priority is each veteran’s well-being, and making sure that their individual needs are met. Our case managers promote the concepts of choice, individualized services, supports and participant satisfaction. They meet with each Veteran weekly to discuss how things are going and how they could make things better. Their main goal is to make sure our veterans feel comfortable and are on a path to success.
