We understand the support that families of Veterans may need during this time of transition. Clinicians at the Warrior SALUTE Program are available to offer advice and help families navigate through relocation/temporary housing, transportation, job searches and getting involved in social/community activities while you focus on recovery. 

Case managers assist individuals and their families with accessing a variety of services including future planning, recreational activities, housing services, accessing and maintaining benefits, adaptive technology and environmental modifications.  They also monitor the services that have been put into place and provide advocacy on behalf of the individual and their family, while supporting them with becoming their own self-advocate.
