What We Do
CDS Monarch provides clinical supports, which include vocational training to give service members returning from war a sense of value and purpose.
CDS Monarch's 64,000 square-foot Wolf Life Transitions Center located in Webster, NY offers comprehensive life and job transition capabilities all in one place.
Service Members and their families have access to: case management services, a fully-accessible aquatics and fitness center, bank, therapeutic arts and music, and an accessible apartment to perform independent living skills and assessments. The facility also houses a 20,000 square-foot industrial workshop, a general store, and restaurant – all supported vocational training outlets that provide income to those working there.
The Warrior SALUTE Program accepts referrals of Service Members for rehabilitative services who have sustained injury in the line of duty who need urgent services to help them transition back into the mainstream community.
We provide immediate and intense intervention for injuries sustained in the areas of:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Blindness / Loss of Vision
- Deafness / Hearing Loss
- Loss of Limb
- Permanent Disfigurement
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Spinal Cord Injury/Paralysis
